If you are a registered CoSync Auth developer, we do provide email customer support. We will attempt to get back to you within 1 business day with answers to your questions.

Please direct email requests to from the email that you have used to register your account.

We update our service on a continual basis, so if you find any bugs, please let us know and we will try to incorporate the fix in the next release.

Enterprise level accounts may include an SLA and a dedicated account rep for service.

We have endeavored to document the system in a most complete way. All of our documentation is available on this website.
